Elizabeth Krietemeyer leads operations and acquisitions for complex life science portfolios at Tarlton Properties Inc. As EVP, Krietemeyer oversees approximately three million square feet of purpose-built life science campuses in the San Francisco Bay Area and Austin, Texas.

She has directed more than $825 million in acquisitions and dispositions during her tenure, helping the firm expand from a single campus to five. A major recent milestone was her leadership in the acquisition and ground-up development of Austin Labs, a 220,000-square-foot headquarters for BillionToOne.

Krietemeyer has successfully leased over 3.5 million square feet of space to prominent firms, including Pacific Biosciences and GRAIL. She also serves as President and co-founder of the Tarlton Foundation, which has raised and donated more than $1 million for cancer research and local scholarships.

Under her leadership, the operations team has tripled in size and achieved a high level of diversity, with two-thirds of the team being women. Her strategic vision has positioned Tarlton as a trusted partner in the life sciences ecosystem.
