Gabrielle Lardiere has been a driving force behind Vestar’s third-party management platform, transforming it into one of the fastest-growing retail platforms in the Western U.S.. As VP of Client Services, Lardiere is responsible for expanding the business by 30 properties, representing approximately $2 billion in assets under management.

In the past 12 months alone, she led the addition of 17 new assignments totaling 4.4 million square feet across California, Arizona, and Nevada. These wins included lifestyle and power centers owned by major institutional partners.

Lardiere leads the full lifecycle of new business procurement, from initial outreach and financial modeling to contract negotiation and onboarding. She has built a reputation for transparency and proactive leadership, particularly during periods of uncertainty in retail real estate.

Outside her professional role, she is deeply engaged in philanthropic work through UNICEF, serving on the Next Generation Champions Circle. Her strategic growth efforts have positioned Vestar as a premier owner-operator third-party platform.
