Shannon Morgan utilizes real estate as a powerful tool for social good, focusing on housing that stabilizes families and strengthens neighborhoods. As President of Renovare Development, Morgan leads mission-driven projects across Michigan, including workforce and "missing-middle" housing.

She currently has five projects under construction, including Dorsey Estates, where half of the homes will remain permanently affordable. Over her career, she has contributed to more than 20,000 housing units, many of which required complex public-private partnerships.

Morgan is also an active voice in shaping housing policy, serving on the Executive Committee of ULI Michigan and testifying before state and federal legislators on redevelopment issues. In 2025, her firm was recognized as the Michigan Developer of the Year by the Midwest Real Estate Journal.

Morgan’s leadership during market shifts has been defined by steadiness and follow-through, proving that influence is measured by whom it serves. She has received numerous awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award for Redevelopment in Brownfields.
