Sharon Morrison is an expert in strategic leadership and execution, having guided her team through nearly two million square feet of transactions in 2025 alone. As Executive Managing Director and Dallas market leader for Cresa, Morrison advises top corporations, including 7-Eleven, UPS, and Fossil, on complex headquarters renewals and relocations.

She successfully merged her firm, ESRP, into Cresa in 2022, expanding the firm’s Texas presence while maintaining the entrepreneurial culture she created. Under her leadership, the Dallas office has been recognized as a "Best Place to Work" for 14 consecutive years.

Morrison also serves on Cresa’s global Board of Directors, influencing firm-wide policies on growth and technology adoption. She is deeply involved in her community, serving on the boards of Make-A-Wish and the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, and she personally encourages the Cresa Cares initiative.
