Kelli Jo Norris was promoted to CEO of Goodman Real Estate (GRE) in 2026 after guiding the firm through a significant strategic evolution. Under her leadership, GRE completed over $1 billion in transactions in 2025, repositioning the portfolio from workforce housing toward institutional-grade, Class A investments.

This shift involved the sale of $400 million in legacy assets and the acquisition of $600 million in institutional properties. Norris also oversaw the successful integration of GRE’s Arizona portfolio, adding 3,000 units and more than 50 team members to the firm’s management platform.

She has championed the use of AI-enabled operational tools to drive data-driven decision-making and expanded centralized functions for leasing and marketing. Recognized as one of Washington’s Top 50 Women Leaders, Norris is also an active board member for North Seattle College, supporting workforce development.

She ensures that social responsibility remains central to GRE through its IMPACT program, focusing on community relief and sustainability.
