Jessica Ostermick is the Colorado Market Leader and Senior Managing Director for CBRE, where she oversees more than 500 professionals and five offices. Under her leadership, CBRE was ranked the number one brokerage firm in the state for square footage brokered and total transaction volume in 2025.

Ostermick made a definitive commitment to the urban core by renewing CBRE’s long-term lease in downtown Denver and guiding a multi-phase renovation of the office space. She has also integrated two independent brokerage teams into the CBRE platform, significantly strengthening the firm’s influence along Colorado’s Front Range.

A respected economic advisor, Ostermick has served on the Colorado Governor’s Revenue Estimating Committee, informing statewide fiscal decisions. She sits on the Board of Governors for the Downtown Denver Partnership and the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation.

Ostermick is a dedicated mentor to emerging female leaders through the Susan Stanton Foundation and supports community organizations such as Project Worthmore and Environmental Learning for Kids.
