Katherine Pinkard leads MCB Real Estate’s property management division, overseeing a diverse national portfolio of industrial, mixed-use, and healthcare properties. Pinkard joined MCB after the 2025 acquisition of Pinkard Properties, a firm she co-founded that became a recognized leader in integrating AI and data analytics into asset management to optimize building efficiency.

She has built a niche in consulting on complex development projects and fostering partnerships with public REITs and local municipalities. Her impressive track record includes overseeing engineering for major industrial portfolios and partnering on the redevelopment of Baltimore Penn Station.

Pinkard has been recognized as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women three times, earning her an induction into the Circle of Excellence in 2024. Beyond MCB, she serves as a trustee for the France-Merrick Foundation and the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

A champion for women in real estate, she holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and continues her family’s four-generation legacy in Maryland’s commercial real estate sector.
