Kristi Rankin is an outstanding operational leader serving as the Americas COO for CBRE Property Management, overseeing a vast portfolio of 1.2 billion square feet. Over the past year, Rankin led the launch of an enhanced U.S. pricing model, establishing a standardized and transparent framework for all new business that improved consistency across 40 markets.

She also rolled out risk management enhancements that increased operational rigor and audit readiness across thousands of properties. Rankin’s promotion to COO—her third in six years—reflects the trust she has earned by unifying disparate markets and elevating operational discipline.

She is a vocal advocate for advancing women in the industry, serving as the Midwest Region Field Delegate Leader for CBRE’s Women’s Network. Outside her corporate role, Rankin is a BOMA Chicago board member and volunteers at a local homeless shelter.

An endurance athlete, she applies a growth mindset to both Ironman triathlons and complex organizational transformations.
