Katie Reinsmidt has spent over 20 years with CBL Properties, rising from Director of Investor Relations to EVP and COO. In her current role, Reinsmidt oversees a national retail portfolio, driving strategic growth initiatives and operating efficiencies.

She was instrumental in CBL’s recent $178.9 million acquisition of four regional malls, a key move in the company’s portfolio optimization strategy. Under her operational leadership, CBL achieved sector-leading total shareholder returns of 34% in 2025.

Reinsmidt also oversees the company's sustainability and corporate communications programs and serves as the executive sponsor for the CBL Community employee resource group. Beyond the company, she has served as a Trustee of the City of Chattanooga General Pension Board for 19 years and was elected to the 2026 ICSC Board of Trustees.
