Since joining the firm in 2024, Sofyanos has raised over $600 million in equity and helped close the $708 million Workforce Housing Fund II, which targets affordable Class B communities.

She acted as a strategic bridge between TruAmerica’s $17 billion platform and its global capital partners, sourcing nine new institutional equity relationships. Sofyanos supported $2.5 billion in transaction volume in 2025 and led the launch of a new investor portal to enhance transparency in communications.
