Catharine Teeter is the Managing Director of CBRE’s Phoenix office, where she drives business performance and cultural strength in one of the nation's fastest-growing markets. She has emerged as a key internal voice on Arizona’s evolving water and power landscape, keeping colleagues informed on how resource constraints influence development feasibility. Teeter ensures that every broker in her office participates in structured annual business planning, fostering accountability across the organization.

A dedicated mentor, she has provided executive support to numerous CBRE employee resource groups and was named an Outstanding Woman in Business in 2024 by the Phoenix Business Journal. She also serves on the boards of Valley Partnership and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council.
