Kim Wingerak is an innovative leader who recently transitioned to become the Global Integrated Facilities Management Director for the U.S. Bank account at JLL.

Wingerak oversees facility and engineering services delivery across a North American and EMEA portfolio, managing vendor performance and driving operational efficiencies. Her previous experience includes managing over 1,300 retail locations for RBC and leading operations for 400+ employees in Saudi Arabia as Director of Operations at KAPSARC.

She has a proven track record of crisis leadership, having managed over $500 million in annual operations. In 2025, Wingerak earned an Executive MBA with a specialization in Global Leadership.

She served on the CREW Network Global Board of Directors and has championed comprehensive DEI initiatives as the founding DEI Officer for RioCan. Wingerak is also a licensed Alberta broker and holds multiple credentials from BOMA and ICSC, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and industry transformation
