Jami Balint, a partner and co-chair of the national Development and Data Center practices at Seyfarth Shaw, recently spearheaded some of the most consequential data center deals in the country. In 2025, Balint negotiated a 1.4 gigawatt hyperscale campus valued at approximately $25 billion and closed two additional projects valued at $20 billion and $25 billion.Her team advised on nearly $65 billion in data center leases and over $40 billion in energy and infrastructure agreements during a record-setting year. Balint also served as a platform for acquiring more than 27,000 acres of forest land across the South and Northeast.As chair of the Seattle Real Estate team and the Lawyer Development Committee, she oversees career planning and mentorship for associates. Balint brings the same discipline to her law practice that earned her titles as a three-time national champion equestrian.She is a regular contributor to industry discourse through her work on The Property Line podcast and Seyfarth’s Real Estate Market Pulse.
