Jennifer Coffey is a partner in the Real Estate Department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, specializing in high-stakes joint ventures and financings. She recently represented Paramount Group in a $900 million CMBS refinancing of 1301 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan.

Coffey also played a central role in the $2.7 billion acquisition of Neiman Marcus Group by Saks Global and led the sale of a stake in 320 Park Avenue, an office tower valued at approximately $700 million. Her work was instrumental in helping her group earn the Law360 Real Estate Practice Group of the Year for 2025.
