Stephanie Culpepper serves as the Senior Managing Director and General Counsel of Lument, where she oversees a dedicated legal team and serves on the firm's executive committee. Under Culpepper’s leadership, her team assisted in a $663.8 million managed CRE CLO in 2025 and supported a debt capital markets platform that achieved $1.4 billion in production volume.

She is a recognized leader in the Dallas legal community, serving as the first VP of the Dallas Bar Association and past president of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association. Culpepper was recently named to the 2025 D CEO Magazine Dallas 500 list, highlighting her influence as a powerful business leader in the region.

She also serves as secretary of Lument Finance Trust, Inc., a publicly traded mortgage REIT. Known for her commitment to mentorship, she founded the Women’s Mentoring Circles program and was honored as one of the best mentors in Texas by Texas Lawyer Magazine.

She frequently speaks on inclusive leadership and the advancement of women at national conferences. Her role as a "moral compass" helps promote the highest ethical standards throughout the company.
