Leni Cummins is the Chair of the Condominium and Cooperative Practice at Cozen O’Connor, a group she built into a powerhouse with an originated book of business exceeding $5 million. Cummins is the youngest member of the firm’s Board of Directors and is known for pioneering "exchange of property" settlements to resolve construction defect claims without litigation.In 2025, she successfully negotiated an agreement forcing developer Harry Macklowe to sell units to clear a $38 million debt to the 432 Park Condominium. She also recently won a high-profile recovery of millions in back payments from former New York City mayor Rudolph Giuliani.Beyond her practice, she advises LeFrak on compliance with the new Fair Chance for Housing Act for their vast residential portfolio.
