Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba

Catherine Durso has spent over 30 years as a commercial real estate attorney at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, earning a reputation for securing over 700 wireless communications facility approvals in Pennsylvania. Durso currently manages over 20 projects at a time, recently obtaining land use approval for an 866,350-square-foot warehouse after a successful appeal. She is also guiding a multi-phase mixed-use development in Lower Macungie Township and the subdivision of a 350-acre industrial tract in Luzerne County. Her long-standing relationships with municipal planners and local government officials allow her to successfully navigate public opposition and regulatory red tape. Since 2018, Durso has served on her firm's Executive Committee and currently chairs the Hiring and Retention Committee. Her expertise has been honored multiple times; she was named to the 2026 Morning Call Top Lawyers of the Lehigh Valley. She also supports her community through the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital’s Women’s Giving Circle and the Advisory Board for Penn State Lehigh Valley. Durso ensures municipal decisions align with zoning ordinances while giving a strong voice to developers.
