Catherine Durso has spent over 30 years as a commercial real estate attorney at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, earning a reputation for securing over 700 wireless communications facility approvals in Pennsylvania. Durso currently manages over 20 projects at a time, recently obtaining land use approval for an 866,350-square-foot warehouse after a successful appeal. She is also guiding a multi-phase mixed-use development in Lower Macungie Township and the subdivision of a 350-acre industrial tract in Luzerne County. Her long-standing relationships with municipal planners and local government officials allow her to successfully navigate public opposition and regulatory red tape.
