Jacobson acts as a strategic advisor for transformative transactions, having advised on deals exceeding $1 billion over the last two years.

She represents Fortress in industrial acquisitions and developments throughout the West Coast and has managed over 1 million square feet of office and retail leasing for Fortune 50 technology companies. One of her recent complex mandates involved representing Five Point in the commercial parcel disposition at the Great Park, which included negotiating repurchase options and development declarations.

She is also currently representing a Fortune 100 company in retail leasing for a downtown Chicago redevelopment. Jacobson is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and has served on her firm's Management Committee for over a decade.
