Elizabeth Levin, a partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, has recently negotiated over 1 million square feet of leases with a total value exceeding $1.5 billion. Levin is currently managing construction and design agreements for the $650 million modification of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and is lead counsel for the construction of the interior spaces at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art.

She recently represented a Fortune 50 technology company in a massive sublease of its New York City portfolio and handled the largest office lease in the history of Austin, Texas. Beyond corporate deals, she focuses on social equity; she drafted a first-of-its-kind solar agreement for multifamily affordable housing to reduce resident utility bills.

Her expertise also extends to managing delay claims and disputes during the pandemic for large-scale projects. Levin was recognized as an Outstanding Young Lawyer by the Los Angeles County Bar Association and has been named a ConnectCRE "Lawyer in Real Estate" for 2025.

She is a thought leader on novel issues, such as guidance for developers whose lenders are in FDIC receivership.
