Rosemary Loverdi is a partner at Dilworth Paxson LLP with over 30 years of experience advising developers and family-owned investment funds. In 2025, Loverdi represented a state economic development authority in a $60 million property acquisition involving complicated title matters.

She also recently handled three refinancing transactions for a developer totaling nearly $250 million, which included one of the largest C-Pace financings in the state. Loverdi has served on her firm's Executive Committee for over six years and was pivotal in the recent relocation of the firm's Philadelphia office.
