Diane McCabe is a partner at Goodwin and co-chairs the firm’s Joint Ventures and Real Estate Finance practice. McCabe recently advised a global investment manager on a $507 million refinancing for 11 Times Square in Manhattan, which involved a single-asset CMBS securitization. She also represented a leading manager in a $590 million mortgage financing for a luxury resort in Florida and guided Western Wealth Capital through the refinancing of an 11-property multifamily portfolio. McCabe was a key contributor to the launch of Goodwin’s Operational Real Estate practice, formalizing expertise in asset classes like gaming and life sciences. For 11 consecutive years, she has been ranked by Chambers USA for real estate, with clients praising her for being "mindful of legal ramifications" while possessing great business sense. McCabe is a member of the board of directors for Community Rowing, Inc. and serves as a mentor for The Goldie Initiative to support women in CRE leadership. She also volunteers with Project Citizenship and the Volunteer Lawyers Project. McCabe respects each person she works with for their unique contributions to the industry.
