Jennifer Morgan co-leads the Real Estate & Funds Practice Group at King & Spalding and serves on the firm’s managing policy and equity partner compensation committees. Within the last 12 months, Morgan assisted in closing over $3 billion in client deals, including the $900 million closing of a luxury multifamily fund for Pantzer Properties.

She also advised Lendlease on a $450 million construction mortgage from Ares to refinance an 834-unit residential development in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Her practice focuses on capital formation and complex fund structures, such as a recent $800 million capital raise for a data center fund.

Morgan bridges the gap between legal practice and academia as an adjunct professor at Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School. She also launched the CFI Associates Academy at NYU’s Stern School of Business to provide business education for legal professionals.
