Trisha L. Mowbray leads the Chicago Real Estate team at Jones Day and is a premier private equity real estate lawyer with over two decades of experience.

In 2025, Mowbray partnered with CBRE Investment Management to consummate nearly $3 billion in transactions across joint ventures, secondaries, and recapitalizations. She also led a $2 billion joint venture for a major developer focused on the long-term hold of single-family assets and managed the sale of a 155-unit senior living community in Foster City, California.

Mowbray's practice is unique for its end-to-end perspective, combining asset-level execution with sophisticated fund formation for clients like Greystar and LaSalle. She currently serves as the Hiring Partner for the Chicago office, where she manages the summer program and mentors first-year lawyers.
