Christine Murphy, a partner in Goodwin’s Real Estate group, specializes in sophisticated debt transactions, including balance sheet financings and construction loans. Murphy recently advised Tikehau Investment Management on a $35 million mezzanine loan for a development in Brooklyn and guided Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation through an $88.75 million construction loan for industrial facilities in Pennsylvania.

She also recently advised a leading investment manager on a significant amendment for a major office asset in Chicago, navigating complex market conditions. Known for her ability to "get to yes," Murphy serves as a strategic business partner during complex workouts and restructurings for loans originating in the post-pandemic environment.

She is a Local Council Leader for the New York branch of Women@Goodwin, where she facilitates professional development and networking retreats. For nearly a decade, Murphy has served on the advisory board for Win, one of NYC’s largest providers of shelter and supportive services for homeless families.
