Jaimee Nardiello is a leading construction litigator and partner at Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, where she handles high-stakes disputes for some of the nation’s most sophisticated owners and developers. Nardiello served as co-lead counsel in the Surfside Condominium collapse litigation and currently manages the day-to-day defense strategy for the 432 Park Avenue litigation, preparing the matter for trial.

She recently secured a multi-million-dollar arbitration award for a developer client to remedy critical construction defects and complete a major project. Nardiello is a former Governing Committee member of the ABA Forum on Construction Law and currently serves as the Chair of its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
