Jill Rowe serves as VP and Deputy General Counsel of Litigation at Matthews, where she oversees national litigation strategy and complex disputes since joining the firm in early 2025. A veteran trial attorney, Rowe has taken more than 50 cases to trial or arbitration over nearly three decades with a remarkable 90% success rate.

She has represented nearly every major commercial brokerage firm in the country, approaching her practice as purpose-driven stewardship for the professionals she defends. In her first year at Matthews, she secured a significant arbitration win and has been a stabilizing force for brokers facing "professional nightmares".

Rowe has served for over seven years as President of the Board of Trustees for the San Francisco Law Library, ensuring access to justice for unrepresented individuals. She also dedicated nearly a decade to public service as a Commissioner on the San Francisco Elections Commission.
