Miriam Soler Ramos, a partner at Holland & Knight, specializes in the intersection of land use, government law, and ethics. Soler Ramos recently negotiated a comprehensive Development Agreement for the former Deauville Hotel site, a project expected to generate $16 million in annual revenue for the North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency while reconstructing iconic historic elements.She also led the multi-million-dollar conveyance of the historic Olympia Theater to facilitate an arts-focused charter school program, a deal requiring complex political coordination. Before joining private practice, Soler Ramos served as the City Attorney of Coral Gables and was invited by the U.S.Department of State to speak on anti-corruption initiatives. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Children’s Trust of Miami-Dade County and Friends of The Underline, Miami’s 10-mile linear park.Soler Ramos is a past president of the Cuban American Bar Association and is currently the president-elect of the University of Miami Law Alumni Association.
