Shanna Strowbridge serves as VP and General Counsel at Opus, where she oversees the legal function for 200 employees and dozens of active construction sites nationwide. Strowbridge recently led a comprehensive restructuring of the company’s insurance and risk management program to better align coverage with a growing development portfolio.

She also served as the central legal lead on an accelerated build-to-suit development that involved a concurrent sale transaction under a compressed timeline. Her leadership was critical during the 2020 civil unrest in Minneapolis, where she developed security models for construction sites that were later adopted by other local property owners.

She spearheaded the creation of the Optimize Team Opus enterprise learning platform to foster professional growth across departments. Strowbridge was named a 2025 Twin Cities Business Notable Woman in Commercial Real Estate and is an executive sponsor for the Opus Volunteer Network.

Since 2015, she has served as a mentor for NAIOP and regularly speaks at the Association of Corporate Counsel Annual Conferences. Her energy and consensus-building skills make her a trusted advisor during crisis responses.
