Alice Chang is a Director for Rockefeller Group’s Southeast Region, where she leads the identification and execution of transformative urban developments. Her leadership is currently reshaping the Atlanta skyline with 1072 West Peachtree, a 60-story mixed-use tower that is the tallest building built in the city in more than 3 decades.

Chang has navigated this landmark project through a complex market cycle, reaching a critical milestone when the tower officially topped out in late 2025. In addition to her work in Atlanta, she has been instrumental in advancing Brooklyn & Church in Charlotte, a premier residential and retail destination featuring 460 loft residences.

Chang’s background in institutional investment management at firms like Blackstone and Fortress provides a rigorous analytical foundation for her development work. This financial acumen allows her to structure large, capital-intensive developments while ensuring disciplined underwriting and alignment with investor priorities.

Beyond her project responsibilities, she is a dedicated mentor and serves on the ULI Center for Leadership Alumni Board. Chang’s ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable development strategies has positioned her as a respected leader shaping the Southeast’s built environment.
