Kristine Dwyer serves as Vice President and Development Officer at Prologis, overseeing new development and construction across Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic. She is currently responsible for expanding and innovating a portfolio exceeding 73 million square feet across 250 facilities. Her leadership is critical in navigating the regulatory and political complexities of some of the most competitive real estate markets in the United States.

In the past 12 months, Dwyer has advanced several massive projects, including the 1 million-square-foot Prologis Lehigh Valley East 16 and the 1.1 million-square-foot Prologis Linglestown. She also manages specialized build-to-suit opportunities and urban logistics centers, such as a 150,000-square-foot project in Washington, D.C.
