Alison Gorham serves as Vice President and Director of Wisconsin Operations at McShane Construction Company, where she leads the firm’s regional office in Madison. Gorham demonstrated her leadership potential early in her career when she was asked to open the Wisconsin office at just 30.

Since then, she has successfully built a robust project pipeline, largely through repeat business and referrals, making Wisconsin one of McShane’s most active markets. In 2024, she was promoted to Vice President, becoming the youngest person currently holding that title at the company.

In the past 12 months, Gorham has overseen six multi-family and senior living projects totaling 770 units and $177 million in sales. Her team recently received a Project of Distinction Award for The Canyons, an affordable housing project completed six weeks ahead of schedule with a perfect safety record.

Gorham is also a champion of increasing women's representation in the industry, co-founding McShane’s first women’s leadership group to provide professional development and networking opportunities. Her proactive approach to value engineering and workforce expansion has solidified her as a rising leader in the commercial construction and development sector.
