Danielle Kaufman is the CEO of Kaufman Consultants, where she leads retail and mixed-use development initiatives across Texas and Oklahoma. One of Kaufman’s standout achievements was securing Kroger as the anchor tenant for a 40-acre retail development, a project that is expected to create 600 jobs. She successfully negotiated $7 million in economic incentives from municipal partners, strengthening the project’s financial feasibility and supporting community growth.

Beyond her project work, Kaufman is an active leader in the industry, serving as the 2026 Chair of the Membership Committee for CREW Fort Worth and as a member of the University of North Texas Real Estate Board of Directors.
