Megan Kranichfeld is the Market Leader for Trammell Crow Company’s Denver office, a position to which she was appointed in 2026 as the firm’s only female Market Leader. Since joining the company in 2023, Kranichfeld has rapidly expanded TCC’s industrial platform in the Rocky Mountain region, growing the speculative industrial pipeline to 2 million square feet.

She is currently overseeing a massive 3.8 million-square-foot build-to-suit initiative for a key client and facilitated the Denver team’s largest transaction in 2025. Her ability to secure marquee projects in a highly competitive market has solidified TCC’s presence in the region.

Kranichfeld’s strategic vision is exemplified by her team’s progress on a 1.1-million-square-foot industrial park in North Denver, the first office project to break ground in four years. Her achievements extend to professional leadership; she is the President-Elect for Denver Metro Commercial Realtors and serves on the NAIOP Colorado Board of Directors.
