Linda Law, the founder of Law & Associates, has spent four decades leading complex, high-impact real estate developments where success was often considered unlikely. Her career is defined by her ability to deliver durable economic outcomes in high-stakes environments, such as developing a Four Seasons Hotel in a challenging urban area and securing approvals for an IKEA in East Palo Alto despite significant community opposition.

Law was one of the first women to own an institutional real estate organization and the first female broker at a national firm, breaking down structural barriers in a male-dominated industry. Currently, Law is overseeing the redevelopment of a historically significant property in Massachusetts that had been in litigation for over a decade before her involvement.

Her responsibilities include land-use approvals, environmental compliance, and long-term economic modeling. Beyond her development projects, she is a Chair Emeritus of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization and has lectured at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Her influence is earned through a commitment to institutional and community responsibility, and she has mentored countless professionals navigating high-stakes careers. Law’s enduring impact on the profession and her record of precedent-setting execution distinguish her as a legendary figure in development.
