Virginia Luther is the Managing Director for The Spectrum Companies, where she leads the firm’s Charlotte office and oversees a leasing platform of over 2 million square feet. She is a recognized thought leader and advocate for women in the industry, recently completing her term as the 2025 President of CREW Charlotte.

Luther’s leadership was particularly prominent during the pandemic, when she led the development and leasing of Vantage Southend, a 635,000-square-foot mixed-use project. She successfully leased the entire project in 20 transactions, securing headquarters moves for prominent firms like CBRE and Grant Thornton.

Luther’s expertise in redevelopment is further evidenced by her work on a 130,000-square-foot office building, where her strategic capital project increased leasing from 70% to 90%. She currently leads the leasing for a 580,000-square-foot mixed-use development right outside Charlotte’s CBD.

Beyond her professional role, she serves on the Alumni Board for the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate and provides real estate consulting services to local nonprofit organizations. Luther’s consistent record of winning top design and development awards, combined with her dedication to female advocacy, has made her a powerhouse in the Charlotte commercial real estate market.
