Hannah Marshall serves as the Vice President of Development for CRG’s Southwest Region, managing the full lifecycle of industrial developments across Arizona and the broader Southwest. With a background in civil engineering from Cornell, Marshall combines deep technical knowledge with strategic leadership to deliver massive projects, including two industrial campuses totaling over 600 acres.She has been pivotal in securing major deals, such as a 1 million-square-foot Amazon robotics fulfillment center in Chehalis, Washington, which required navigating extraordinary infrastructure challenges and stakeholder alignment. Over the past year, Marshall’s leadership has led to the full leasing of specialized facilities, including a 269,500-square-foot advanced manufacturing site for Hadrian and a 1.2-million-square-foot distribution center for Lowe’s.Her ability to solve complex technical challenges while maintaining aggressive schedules has driven record growth for CRG in the region. Marshall also serves on NAIOP Arizona’s Developing Leaders committee and mentors young women pursuing careers in engineering and real estate.Her professional achievements and commitment to service, including her role as an Honorary Commander at Luke Air Force Base, underscore her influence as a leading development professional in the Southwest.
