Katherine Mosley is the Managing Director of Development at Greystar, where she leads the firm’s development efforts across Georgia and Alabama. With 20 years of industry experience, Mosley has led the execution of more than $1 billion in development projects, ranging from market-rate multifamily housing to complex logistics facilities.She is currently overseeing the transformative Goat Farm project in Atlanta, a creative compound that includes 209 newly constructed apartments and over 40 art studios. Her ability to step into time-sensitive situations and refine investment strategies has made her an invaluable leader within Greystar’s national platform.Mosley’s portfolio also includes the Chamblee City Center redevelopment, a project that will feature 340 multifamily units and a one-acre city park, and the $115 million One Riverside mixed-use development in Jacksonville. Her projects are known for setting the pace for lease-up velocity and generating above-average returns for investors.Beyond her development work, Mosley is the Co-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Initiative Changemakers in Atlanta, supporting the advancement of women in real estate.
