Heidi Swygert serves as Senior Vice President of Project Services at Transwestern, where she leads the firm’s practice in the Southeast and serves on the national steering committee. With over two decades of experience, Swygert is a subject-matter expert in phased and occupied renovations, a skill she currently applies to a 10,000-square-foot office expansion for a major accounting firm.

She also played a pivotal role in securing a 250,000-square-foot build-to-suit office project for Truist Securities at The Battery Atlanta. Her leadership is defined by her ability to simplify complexity and maintain momentum in shifting market conditions.

In 2025, Swygert served as the President of CREW Atlanta, leading one of the network’s largest chapters and advancing mentorship for women across the industry. Her extensive service to the real estate community was recognized with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ 2025 President’s Award.

Swygert is also a member of the 2026 CREW Network Nominating Committee and remains actively involved in NAIOP Georgia.
