Ash recently spearheaded a complex affordable housing project for A. Walker & Co. in Newark and handled a $57 million refinancing for Silverstein Properties.

Beyond high-stakes transactions, she laid the foundational groundwork for the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and fosters a strategic partnership with Project REAP to increase diversity across the industry.
