Alison Beddard serves as a global champion for advancing women as the CEO of CREW Network. Leading an organization of over 14,000 professionals, Beddard took the helm during a turbulent period for DEI initiatives, reaffirming a mission to accelerate growth for women and LGBTQ+ professionals.
She openly shares her personal journey as a gay woman broker to inspire others and break down industry barriers. Prior to her current role, she spent 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she chaired the Women’s Integrated Network.
Recently, she acted as the primary spokesperson for the 2025 CREW Network Benchmark Study, using the data to advocate for systemic change. Her work has been recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal with a Business of Pride honor, reflecting her status as a visionary leader who elevates the stature of women in 90 markets worldwide.
