Kelli Glasgow
DIGroup Architecture

Kelli Glasgow serves as a "civic diplomat" of design in her dual roles as Associate Principal at DIGroup Architecture and the 2026 President of AIA Newark & Suburban Architects. Representing over 600 members, Glasgow utilizes her platform to champion student mentorship and public awareness, ensuring that underrepresented students see themselves reflected in the architectural field. At DIG, she earned the firm the EPiC Leadership Designation for its dedication to equity and diverse hiring strategies. Her project portfolio includes leading the $30 million modernization of the Union College Physical Education Center and the Newark Board of Education’s facility plans. Glasgow also advocates on a national level, meeting with policymakers in Washington, D.C., to support housing solutions and design freedom. She views architecture as a powerful tool for social change, focusing on human-centered design that serves marginalized communities.
