As Senior Director and Head of Property Accounting, Bernhardt oversees the entire North American accounting function for this expansive portfolio of offices.

Her leadership was vital during the 2024 transition, during which she successfully migrated U.S. and Canadian colleagues to new platforms and standardized processes across a 30-asset portfolio. Bernhardt managed three implementation waves of a new procurement platform and established a dedicated global accounting operations team.
