Kate Cusack has transformed Nuveen Green Capital into a dominant force in sustainable finance. As Managing Director and Head of Production, Cusack has architected an incredible 400% growth in originations since 2021, capped by a record-breaking $2 billion in closings during 2025.

Her leadership was instrumental in scaling C-PACE financing into a $10 billion industry, with the firm now capturing nearly half of the total market volume. Cusack oversaw landmark transactions like the $465 million Geneva deal and the $290 million Pendry project, setting new benchmarks for the sector.
