Since her promotion in April 2025, she has spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul of investor reporting, providing deeper transparency into watchlist assets. Her technical expertise is vast, covering 4% and 9% LIHTC structures, as well as historic and energy tax credits.

Mohan also pioneered technology-driven automation that streamlined workflows during a period of rising operating costs and funding gaps. Beyond the balance sheet, she is the Founding Chair of the AsiaPAC Employee Resource Group and a dedicated humanitarian volunteer.
