Bobbie Paquin has been instrumental in Realterm’s meteoric rise from a $2 billion enterprise to a $13 billion global logistics powerhouse. Holding dual roles as CFO of North America and Global Chief Accounting Officer, Paquin oversees financial reporting and governance across three continents.

In the past year, she provided critical leadership in closing the $350 million Realterm Logistics Credit Fund and the €470 million Realterm Europe Logistics Fund II. Her expertise was vital to the firm’s successful SEC registration, a process that elevated transparency standards for the organization.

As Chair of the Valuation Committee, Paquin ensures consistency across expanding global portfolios and also serves on the Global Investment and Sustainability Oversight Committees.
