Linda Julien
Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey

As the Office Manager for Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey, Linda Julien serves as the firm’s moral compass, ensuring its success is measured by community impact rather than square footage alone. Her humanitarian spirit is best exemplified by her "25-for-25 Donation Challenge," a self-initiated program marking her silver anniversary with the company. Through this effort, Julien mobilized 25 organizations to support the Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter toy drive, ultimately providing holiday gifts for more than 500 children. Her leadership extends to supporting veterans at the Lyons VA Medical Center through Community Hope fundraisers, a cause deeply personal to her as the matriarch of a multi-generational military family. Professionally, Julien manages complex brokerage operations and recently orchestrated the firm's 35th-anniversary roadmap, all while maintaining the "spirit of the Ranger" in her service to others. She proves that long-term commitment to the commercial real estate industry is inseparable from a commitment to the community it inhabits.
