At CWCapital, Keli Mazzuca has redefined the Managing Director of People Operations role by embedding deep empathy into the firm’s corporate culture. Her humanitarian influence is profoundly personal; she is the founder of MasonStrong Village, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created in honor of her late son, Mason.

This organization’s "Spreading Joy" backpack initiative provides comfort to children at major hospitals, such as Children’s National. Mazzuca’s dedication to child welfare is further evidenced by her role as a foster parent to 12 children and her adoption of two children through the system.

Within the industry, she established the CW Cares initiative to mobilize employees around causes such as food insecurity and pediatric healthcare. This year, Mazzuca also oversaw the expansion of an intern program that drew more than 500 applicants, focusing on "growing the bench" of future talent while ensuring a people-first atmosphere during periods of significant organizational change.
