Stacey Anderson serves as the senior vice president and CFO of Ambrose, where she stands as a rare female C-suite executive in the industrial real estate sector. With nearly 30 years of experience, Anderson has been instrumental in the firm’s evolution into an institutionally backed investment manager. A major milestone in her tenure was the successful $400 million close of Ambrose’s inaugural institutional fund in February 2025, despite a historically challenging fundraising climate. Her strategic leadership in institutionalizing operational due diligence has directly contributed to the firm’s growth, with assets under management increasing from $700 million to nearly $1.3 billion. Beyond fund management, Anderson provides financial oversight for more than $1.5 billion in construction starts and has executed over $250 million in new debt financings. Outside of her corporate responsibilities, Anderson co-founded the Duke Realty Women’s Network and mentors junior female associates through the Indiana Executive Women in Finance program.
