Jennifer Boss oversees a massive North American private equity portfolio for Heitman totaling more than $30 billion in aggregate value. With over 30 years of industry experience, Boss has established a reputation for identifying long-term opportunities by anticipating demographic and technological shifts. A highlight of her recent work is the 2025 launch of CREST, Heitman's first open-ended fund dedicated exclusively to the self-storage sector.
