Haley Gallagher was promoted to COO of Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in 2025, where she now oversees an operating platform with approximately $4.7 billion in assets under management. Gallagher manages a team of nearly 300 people across multifamily, retail, and capital markets. Since stepping into the COO role, she has spearheaded a major organizational restructuring to clarify career tracks and business line objectives. She also chairs the firm’s executive committee, where she has focused on increasing transparency and instituting data-driven forecasting. Gallagher’s impact at CRC dates back to 2012, when she built the firm’s asset management function from the ground up. Outside of her corporate achievements, she serves on the Board of Directors for Walking for Grace, a nonprofit supporting the Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital. She also frequently represents CRC at major industry conferences like NMHC and ICSC.
